- Location Estimated Delivery Metro Cities 3–5 business days
- Tier 2/3 Cities 3–5 business days

Refund Policy & Processing Times

- Refund Initiation: Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and passes our quality inspection.
- Processing Timeline: Once initiated, the refund amount reflects in your account within 3–4 business days.
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 3-4 working days (subject to your bank/payment gateway processing times).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: You must provide valid bank account or UPI details when raising the request. Accuracy of these details is the customer’s responsibility. Combatfit is not liable for delays or failed transfers due to incorrect information.
- Shipping Charges: Original delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Return Conditions & Eligibility
To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned items must:

- Be in their original, unused condition
- Have all tags, labels, and accessories intact
- Be packed securely in the original packaging
- Return shipping charges will be paid by customer
Damaged or Defective Deliveries
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

- Raise a return request immediately through your account.
- Attach clear photos or videos showing the damage/packaging issue.
- Our team will prioritize your case for quick resolution.
In case of a damaged or defective product, CombatFit will bear the shipping charges for return or replacement.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
