  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Customized or made-to-order products may require additional production time. Please check the individual product page for estimated dispatch timelines.
  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed and another when it’s dispatched.
 

 

💰 2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and delivery location.
  • Free Shipping may be available on select orders or during promotional offers — details will be visible at checkout.
  • Any applicable taxes or duties are included in the final price shown before payment.
 

 

🚚 3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
  • Use this link to monitor your package’s journey in real-time.
  • Tracking updates depend on the courier partner’s system and may take 24–48 hours to activate.

✏️ 5. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Requests to change or cancel an order must be made within 12–24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once an order is processed or handed over to the courier, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

📍 6. Delivery Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address and contact number before confirming your order.
  • Combatfit is not responsible for:
    • Packages delivered to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer
    • Additional shipping charges for re-delivery due to address errors
    • Lost packages due to invalid contact details
 
If you realize an error after placing your order, contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to help before dispatch.
 

 

📬 7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your package:
  • They will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
  • If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.
  • In such cases, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipping (additional charges may apply) or process a refund (minus original shipping costs).
